Desiree Parfait, MBA
Founder / CEO
Desiree is a visionary leader and problem-solver who believes in the power of possibility. With a diverse background in healthcare, business, and a dedicated ten-year career for the Air Force, she approaches challenges with a unique blend of strategic thinking and spiritual intuition. Her MBA from a private Christian university and 10 year TS/SCI clearance further back her integrity and expertise.
Driven by a passion for innovation and a desire to empower individuals, Desiree established Mobile Injections to offer high-quality aesthetic treatments without the hassle of traditional appointments. Her dedication to client satisfaction, combined with her strong leadership skills and military experience, has made Mobile Injections a leading provider in the medspa conceirge industry.
Dr Mark A Merlin
Medical Director
Dr. Mark Merlin is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience. As the founder and former CEO of six Clinical Practice Group, including the world's largest fixed-wing physician clinical practice group, he has demonstrated a remarkable ability to build and scale complex operations.
With a strong background in both clinical practice and business, Dr. Merlin has held leadership positions in various healthcare settings, driving innovation and improving patient outcomes. He is also dedicated to giving back to the community through his philanthropic work.
Helena M Hernandez, PA-C, CAQ
Physician Assistant Injector
Helena, a skilled and compassionate physician assistant since 2019, has traded in some of her psychiatric patient care for aesthetic injections. With six years of experience treating psychiatric patients across outpatient clinics, inpatient settings, and nursing homes, she brings a unique blend of empathy and precision to her aesthetic practice. In 2023, Helena expanded her expertise to include ketamine IV therapy and injections, discovering a passion for hands-on, procedural care.
Inspired by her mom and sister’s glowing Botox results, Helena dove into the world of aesthetic medicine with the same dedication she brings to psychiatry. Her mission is to help clients look refreshed and natural—never overdone—while creating a comfortable, judgment-free space for them to feel heard and confident. When she’s not seeing patients, you’ll find Helena enjoying life with her fiancé, Johnny, and their bird dog, Huey. Helena is dedicated to helping her clients achieve a confident glow and skin that even their reflection will envy.

Nurse Injector
Christina, a registered nurse since 2017, has traded in her scrubs for a Botox syringe. With a background in hospice and home health, she brings a unique blend of compassion and precision to her aesthetic practice.
When she's not perfecting her injection technique, Christina can be found indulging her love for space adventures, adding to her impressive tattoo collection, or concocting culinary masterpieces in her kitchen. Christina is dedicated to helping her clients achieve a confident glow and skin that even their reflection will envy.
